When Cassidy first started talking about her bridal portraits, she told me there were certain items that she wanted to incorporate into her shoot.  One of these items was her grandmother's wedding dress that was handmade by her great aunt.  It shares similar feature's to her own dress, including a row of buttons and lots of intricate lace.  This dress is so pretty and the history behind it is equally as beautiful.  

I'm not much of a seamstress- I think the most intricate thing I've ever sewn was a quilt.  All I know, is that I CANNOT fathom the amount of time, knowledge and patience it took her to sew this delicate lace fabric, and she did an immaculate job!
