Last Saturday, Sara and Patrick gathered together with their closest friends and family to exchange vows in their quaint, intimate backyard wedding! The couple started dating earlier this year, when a mutual friend introduced them to each other. They were engaged in Charleston, SC at the waterfront park under the Ravenel Bridge.

Prior to the ceremony, we were able to sneak over to Calvary Baptist Church to grab some formal portraits! We got SO lucky that the weather cleared up in time for us to get started! I always love when a couple can have their "good luck rain" on their wedding day, but not have it interfere with their plans!

Their favorite detail of their wedding happened to be my favorite, as well. Patrick and Sara were served communion during their ceremony as they welcomed and acknowledged God's presence in their marriage.

The Hardens proved that a wedding can be done perfectly on a smaller scale without sacrificing any of the fun events!

Congratulations Sara & Patrick! I hope you two had a wonderful time on your honeymoon to Asheville! Thank you so much for trusting me with your special day! Cheers to a lifetime of love and fun memories together!
